অস্তিত্ব বিলীন হবার পরে ও আজ হাজার
মানুষ পরিপূর্ণ জীবন পরিচালনায় ব্যস্ত।
নিজের সবটুকু হারিয়ে ফেলার পরে ও
আজ সমাজের চোখে পরিপূর্ন সুখী জীবন
দেখাতে দেখাতে তারা ক্লান্ত।
নিজের সম্পূর্ণ রাগ অভিমান কষ্ট
হাসি লুকাতে লুকাতে আজ তারা পরিশ্রান্ত
মিথ্যে মুখোশ জালে জড়িয়ে অভিনয়ের,
অনুভূতিতে তারা এখন নিজের কাছে শূন্য।
জীবন্ত লাশের উদাহরণ বহুবার শুনেছে সমাজ
কিন্তু চোখে দেখেনি তবে কি আজ বলতে পারি সমাজের কাছে পরিপূর্ণ সুখী জীবনের
এক একটা উদাহরণ হলো এক একটা জীবন্ত লাশ।
না পাওয়ার ব্যথার মাঝে যে জীবনের সুখ
পরিতোষ উপলব্ধি করতে পারে সে বলে
প্রকৃতি মানুষ তবে যে মানুষ ভালো
থাকা আর বেঁচে থাকার মধ্যে ব্যবধান
ভুলে যায় সে তাহলে কি?
মানুষ নাকি মানুষ রূপে জীবন্ত লাশ,
তবে কি আজ জীবন নামক যন্ত্রণাতে
সবাই আমরা যান্ত্রিক হয়ে বাঁচি।
